Tax is required to be assessed on all product or equipment purchases
made in California, and all purchases Made in California and on all
orders shipped to an address within California.
SALE
POLICES:
Illumabrasion does not accept responsibility for installation or
assembly of any items purchased. Illumabrasion is not responsible
for Maintenance of any of our products or Equipment. Proper use and
maintenance are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Illumabrasion is not responsible nor has Knowledge of individual
building codes or laws. Please check with your local government
offices regarding any questions that you may have. Compliance with
all local, state and federal codes is the sole responsibility of the
customer. Manuals of instruction are not always available, it is Up
to the customer’s knowledge to assemble or dissemble any equipment.
Manuals for assembly and / or training are not guaranteed are
enclosed with the merchandise. It’s the customer’s responsibility to
understand the machine operation and assembly.
Illumabrasion can not be held responsible for not giving the exact
weight and dimensions of equipment. Sizes and weight vary,
depending on if the item was
measured when it was still in its original packaging or fully
assembled. We
can offer an approximate only.
PAYMENT
POLICES: Please allow 3—5 working day for processing payment.
All purchases must be prepaid. We accept Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, Certified Bank Checks and Money Orders. All returned
checks will be charged an additional $50 plus all bank services
charges. Orders will be shipped by DHL, World Wide Express, UPS,
and other currier companies depending on cost and location.
Illumabrasion will find the lowest shipping rate available for their
Customers. All special requests, Overnight, 2nd day, 3rd
day deliveries an extra charge will apply. Illumabrasion does not
under any circumstance offer “free shipping”. Illumabrasion does
not ship COD. All orders will be shipped within 7-14 days depending
On location, availability.
DAMAGES / DEFECTS:
All Shortages, damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
of receipt of merchandise. Problems reported after 24 hours are not
the responsibility of Illumabrasion and resolution the problems is
not guaranteed. Any damages to products are the sole responsibility
of the currier and such damage claims are between Illumabrasion and
the currier. The customer is required to provide a video or photo
of the damage so Illumabrasion can file a claim with the currier.
Only items with manufacturing defects of with damages due to
importer shipping will be replaced. We reserve the right to make
exceptions based on the situation of the Currier of client. All
shortages and backorder items is the shipping responsibility of
Illumabrasion.
EXCHANGES:
Customer agrees to accept all products upon delivery. Customer may
not reject any product and customer agrees not to revoke its
acceptance of any product. Customer will be permitted to return
product for credit only within 7 days of order date, for
in-house credit only plus 25% restocking fee. If customers decide
to If customer insists the product is shipped and then cancels after
product is shipped, customer is responsible for all shipping costs
from the facility and back to the facility. In the event of product
defect or damage discoverable disclosed by reasonable inspection on
the date of product delivery to customer, provided that 1. Customer
submits photograph of defect or damage, taken no later than day of
delivery, 2. Customer reports defect or damage to company within 24
hours of delivery. 3. Customer obtains a return authorization number
issued by company 4. Customer ships damaged or defective product to
company under the authorization number together with original
packaging and tracking number or carrier pursuant to which product
was delivered to customer. 5. Customer pays all costs associated
with return shipment of product to company and 6. Customer pays
company restocking charge of twenty five percent of the invoice
price (inclusive of any and all costs and expenses in incurred by
company in packing, shipping transporting or otherwise delivering
replacement products to customer. Only items with
manufacturing defects or with damages due to improper shipping will
be accepted for return. Equipment damaged by improper use
is not eligible for in house credit under any circumstances. The
company will issue company credit only for returns No refunds.
In the event customer stop payment or chargeback’s, customer assumes
risk of product defect and/or damage, product returns are
prohibited: and credit is denied under all circumstances. Sale is
final upon order of merchandise no exceptions. If customer cancels
order within a 24 hour period, customer will receive a refund less
25% restocking fee & 25% cancellation fee, no exceptions. If item
has been shipped, customer is responsible for shipping cost of item
back to the facility. All returned Products will incur a 25%
restocking / reconditioning fee and all merchandise must be
returned in its original box with original packing materials and
must be packed in such a manner that it will not incur damages in
return transit. Any damages to the returned products are the sole
responsibility of the customer and such damage claims are between
the currier and customer Refunds and exchanges are given as in
house credit only no exceptions. Customer is responsible for
return shipping charges. Illumabrasion will not accept any charge
backs on credit cards if a charge back has been done by the
customer, your credit card company will not honor the charge back
and will credit Illumabrasion. Illumabrasion has posted polices on
the web site and it’s the customer’s responsibility to read all
terms and conditions before purchasing. Note: By purchasing
any equipment from Illumabrasion, customer has waived the right for
charge backs.
LIMITATIONS / WARRANTY:
Hydraulic chair pumps are covered for 6 months limited warranty,
electronic items are covered by a 180 day limited warranty and all
other equipment is 1 year. Microdermabrasion Machines: ClearFX
(lifetime warranty), Portopeel (lifetime warranty), Illumabrasion
system (2 year warranty) Illumabrasion shall not under any
circumstances will be liable for abuse, misuse normal wear and tear,
alteration, improper maintenance, unauthorized repair, design
concepts, chipping fading or peeling of laminate or any acts of
nature, such as fire, water damage, earth quake, freeze own any
other deliberate or act of nature. Illumabrasion has the right to
discontinue and replace an item at any time and replace with similar
item. All transit costs for times returned to Illumabrasion or
replaced by Illumabrasion is the sole responsibility of the
customer. Terms and conditions my change without prior notice. We
reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. By placing an order
with Illumabrasion, you accept all of above Terms and Polices, there
will be no acceptations. All sales are final.
SHIPMENT
OF PRODUCTS:
Please allow 10-14 days for shipment to arrive. Illumabrasion
company shall use its best efforts to ship the products set forth on
the reverse side of hereof, to customer within a reasonable time.
However, lead time will vary according to availability of supply,
delays in transportations, manufacturing problems and other
conditions and, consequently all delivery dates communicated by
company are estimates. under any circumstances shall company be
liable to customer, its agents or sub customers, customers or any
other persons for any special or consequential damages, whether
based upon lost goodwill, lost resale profits, work stoppage,
impairment of or breach of contract, negligence or such other
actions as may be deemed or alleged to be the cause of a loss or
damage to such person by reason of any delay in shipment or the
failure of company to ship any products. All orders will be shipped
by UPS, DHL, Saia or Roadrunner, unless otherwise specified. No
next day, 2nd day or 3rd day delivery method
will be used unless requested by and paid for by customer. Company
does not accept COD orders. Allow 10 -14 days for delivery. Delivery
by truck is from point A to point B, this does not Include;
unloading, lift gate, dolly transport to specific area after
unloading and set up. An extra charge by the trucking
company is required for additional requests and is the
responsibility of the customer.
As of
September 10, 2007 Freight Companies, will charge by weight and/ or
dimension of package, which is greater. Fuel charges have gone up
and freight companies will adjust rates accordingly. We
still strive to find the most inexpensive curriers as possible.
Styles
and designs of equipment may change without notice and not appear on
the website. We strive to give the best possible price for our
customers and may discontinue a product and replace it with another
design. This will occur upon availability of our manufactures.
LAWS:
This invoice shall be governed, construed and interpreted under the
laws of the State Of California including all applicable provisions
of the California Commercial Code.
