What type of warranties do you offer?
On most pieces of equipment we offer a one-year limited manufacturer's warranty. The Clear FX Micro-Dermabrasion System comes with a life-time warranty on the motor; Oxygen systems come with a limited two-year warranty.


What if I'm unsatisfied with your products?
No problem! Simply return it within 5 days from the day you receive your order and we'll gladly issue you a refund.


How long does it take to get my order?
When an order is placed it is processed and shipped to you within 7 - 10 business days. If an item is on backorder you will be notified.


Where is the Clear FX Micro-Dermabrasion Unit made?
The Clear FX Micro-Dermabrasion system is made and assembled in the U.S.A. Most of the parts on the unit are made of a unique aluminum that is made to last up to 40 years.
